Everything seems back to normal today. Which is good since I have to adjust my training yet again. Going to a wedding this weekend, and it’s about 3 hours from home. We’re leaving Thursday night and won’t be back until Sunday. I’m going to rest tomorrow, then deadlift Thursday morning since I won’t be here Saturday. Next week should be back to the regular schedule.
