What a father’s day weekend. I spent it almost entirely outdoors, doing things for other people. Such is a dad’s life.

I hit my daily minimum on squats, but when I unracked 475, my lower left back was still upset that I abused it making this thing: Solar heater for my swimming pool

It felt like it was going to do bad things if I actually tried squatting that weight, so I stopped there.

On the flip side though, had extra juice this morning while benching, so tried 315 for the first time in my life. I actually got it, so it was nice moral boost to end the session.
