There was some tenderness/stiffness in my lower back this morning when I woke up, so I figured I would go light and stop if it got too rough. Squats went well, and I probably could have pushed it, but no point rushing things. Bench was a different story. When setting up my arch, my lower back was less than pleased. I did 3 light sets and called it a day. I’ll do the same tomorrow and see how things go.
