Once again, a slow start to the day. Just not feeling all that great lately. I’ve also decided to decrease the jumps in weight when completing 5 sets of 3. I was doing 5 lbs for bench/ohp and 10 lbs for squat/deadlift. It has been fine for now, But I really think I’m going to start stalling in the next month or so if I try to keep that pace up. Going to drop to 5 lbs jumps for squats/deadlifts, and 2.5 lb jumps for bench/ohp. I just need to get some fractional plates now.
