Back on track today. Lower back let me know it wasn’t 100%, but in the form of tightness that went away once I started working as opposed to pain or soreness.

There was some tenderness/stiffness in my lower back this morning when I woke up, so I figured I would go light and stop if it got too rough. Squats went well, and I probably could have pushed it, but no point rushing things. Bench was a different story. When setting up my arch, my lower back was less than pleased. I did 3 light sets and called it a day. I’ll do the same tomorrow and see how things go.

Did a lot of lifting and moving things around at work yesterday, so my back was a bit stiff/tender this morning. On my 5th set of deads, my lower right side “tickled” a bit. Nothing lingering or painful, but it was enough for me to just bag it. Live to fight another day.
